I don't build just to fill a portfolio. I build to improve what works badly.

Why I do this

Part of my time and my resources go into projects that do not have economic profit as their only goal. They are projects born from a conviction: technology serves to improve what works badly, not to make it worse.

These are the projects I am currently working on. Some are active, others in development. I don't promise future results: I describe what they are today and what they aim to become.

Cáceres Digital

Active

Installable web application (PWA) for smart tourism in the city of Cáceres. Guided tourist routes, recognition of cultural elements using artificial intelligence, and access to heritage information from the mobile phone, without heavy downloads or permanent connection.

Challenge Bring the historic heritage of Cáceres closer to the modern visitor with accessible, free and offline-functional technological tools.

My role Design, development, platform architecture, AI recognition integration and GPS system for guided routes.

ProRural.es

Active

Comprehensive platform to fix population in rural areas. Housing, employment and local development in its full extent: free real estate listings, job boards, services for new residents and tools connecting those who want to return to the village with those who need people there.

Challenge Halt rural depopulation by answering the three key questions of anyone wanting to return: where do I live? what do I work in? what services do I have?

My role Complete platform with database, commission-free property management, job board, geolocation and direct contact system.

Cáceres Tienda

Active

Marketplace for local commerce in Cáceres. A platform that brings together the shops of the province in a single digital showcase so that money circulates within the territory instead of going to the big global platforms.

Challenge Enable neighbourhood commerce to compete online without depending on platforms that take abusive commissions and give nothing back to the territory.

My role Sales platform, shop management, order system and ongoing technical support.

Ropero Social

Active

The productive version of recovering garments and objects that people no longer need. We collect, refurbish and give a second life to clothes, furniture and household items. What can be sold is sold at a symbolic price. What someone truly needs is given free of charge.

Challenge Reduce the massive waste of usable objects and provide dignified access to basic goods for people who cannot afford them.

My role Complete system with database: intake registration, refurbishment, traceability, deliveries, donations and logistics.

Hispan.art

In development

Platform dedicated to the dissemination of Spanish and Hispanic art globally. Virtual museum, shop and immersive tours in the metaverse. A digital space where Hispanic artistic heritage is shown to the world with the technological tools of the 21st century.

Challenge Give Hispanic art a global showcase worthy of its historical importance, without depending on foreign platforms or million-euro budgets.

My role Platform architecture, integration with immersive technologies, shop system and design of virtual tours.

Cultural archive and repository of ancestral knowledge from Peru: native languages, species, climates, medicinal plants and traditional knowledge, with an advanced registration and support system.

Puntanegra.pe

Local development in Peru: commerce, government transparency and a proprietary application for municipal management.
